Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with 12–18 years of experience in managing end-to-end SAP projects across large, medium, and small-scale implementations and support engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP modules, combined with proven experience in project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, implementation, and SAP application support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS/support projects.
  • Manage projects of varying scale, including large, medium, and small SAP programs.
  • Possess strong functional understanding of one or more SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, WM/EWM, HCM, or other relevant modules.
  • Drive project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource allocation, timelines, milestones, and delivery governance.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from requirement gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare/support.
  • Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
  • Manage SAP AMS/support engagements, including SLA, incident, problem, change, and service delivery management.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive scope, schedule, cost, quality, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
  • Lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams and ensure effective collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, methodologies, and organizational processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve SAP processes and business outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience

  • 12–18 years of overall experience with significant experience in SAP project/program delivery.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP modules with hands-on experience in implementation and support.
  • Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS projects.
  • Experience handling projects across large, medium, and small scales.
  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle.
  • Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, resource management, budgeting, and delivery governance.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with S/4HANA transformation/implementation will be an added advantage.
  • PMP/Prince2/Agile certification or relevant project management certification is desirable.
